Getting breast implants is always an exciting decision, and the multitude of options available to you means that your results can be highly customized to your body. With that in mind, wouldn’t it be great if there were a way to see how each of these choices will affect your appearance before you make any final decisions?
As it turns out, there is: Vectra 3D breast imaging.
Vectra 3-D Imaging
A new 3D imaging technology created by Vectra offers breast implant patients a unique opportunity: the ability to digitally experiment with different implant variables to get an idea of how their final results will look. This imaging tool works by taking full-body photos that are displayed as a high-definition, 3D simulation. From there, your surgeon can input different implant sizes, types and shapes into the computer and simulate before/after comparisons between your current figure and the various implant options to give you a better idea of how those factors will impact your final outcome.
For example, some women may have an idea of what breast implant size they want, only to realize after viewing a 3D visualization that they’d like to go a bit bigger or smaller than originally thought. This Vectra 3D imaging can provide women with a better understanding of their breast implant options and how to best achieve their appearance goals.
Enhanced Customization
One of the biggest drawbacks of cosmetic surgery is the inability to actually see how your results will turn out before you have your procedure. This uncertainty can be minimized through good communication with an experienced surgeon about your goals, but 3D imaging gives a literal visualization that offers clarity beyond the description of even the most seasoned plastic surgeon.
