1. Let Yourself Rest

Prepare plenty of nutritious meals ahead of time so you won’t have to worry about slaving away over a hot stove. Your body will need lots of nourishment while you’re healing, and prepackaged meals and snack foods definitely won’t cut it. Freeze your meals ahead of time to give yourself easy options while your body is on the road to recovery.
3. Build Your Recovery Station
The last step of making sure you have a comfortable recovery is creating the perfect rest area for yourself. Make sure you have easy access to water to stay hydrated, whatever medications you’re currently taking and any entertainment options to help keep yourself occupied. The goal here is to create a recovery station that gives you everything you need to remain comfortable and happy without having to move around too much.
