- NeNe Leakes
NeNe Leakes, an actress best-known for her role on the reality TV series “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” underwent a nose job, breast lift and liposuction in April 2010, according to People. Leakes said she did not expect plastic surgery to provide a total transformation. Instead, Leakes indicated she used plastic surgery to create a “better version” of herself.
- Patricia Heaton
Patricia Heaton, aka Frances “Frankie” Heck on the ABC comedy “The Middle” and Debra Barone on the CBS comedy “Everybody Loves Raymond,” received a tummy tuck and breast reduction in 2003. Heaton told People that her stomach “looked like the map of the world” following four C-sections. Fortunately, plastic surgery made it simple for Heaton to fit into some of her favorite gowns.
- Lisa Kudrow
Actress Lisa Kudrow, otherwise known as Phoebe on the uber popular television series “Friends”, underwent rhinoplasty surgery at 16 years old, she told The Saturday Evening Post. The nose job was performed before Kudrow entered a new high school and proved to be “life-altering,” Kudrow noted.

Canadian model Linda Evangelista is a globally recognized as one of the first “super models”, along with one of the first celebrities to admit to using Botox injectable treatments. Evangelista told BAZAAR.com that her mom was initially upset by her Botox treatment decision. Meanwhile, Evangelista continues to be honest and forthright about her decision to use Botox treatments to bolster her facial appearance.

- Frank Sinatra
Frank Sinatra was one of the most influential singers of the 20th century. But even Old Blue Eyes used plastic surgery to improve his facial appearance. Sinatra underwent jowl surgery and a facelift, both of which delivered their desired results.
- Joan Crawford
American actress Joan Crawford underwent facelift and breast augmentation procedures in 1953. Crawford then unveiled her new, improved appearance as part of a full-scale comeback when she returned to MGM.
